No, June is not the month for celebrating Donald Duck's birthday. but there is one Donald in the news that does have a birthday in June. Happy Birthday Donald Trump...BUT why would I mention this you YOU?

Mother Always Said You Should...
My Mom used to tell me repeatedly to do this and do that, not to do this and not to do that. ALL, I recall, very valuable advice. Looking back on it, I can say she was, and still is, a very wise woman.
Time reveals, in fact, just about every caring Mother is a Wise Woman. I can see why we carve out a special day each year to acknowledge Mothers. So here is a shout out to all Mom's - Happy Mother's Day!
Unfortunately, my Mom's Mom is no longer here. I am sure that makes her very sad this time of year. i am sure some reading this can relate and have similar stories. For ALL those whose Mom is no longer with us, may you remember the best about them. In addition to that, there are also many who never knew their Mom due to unfortunate circumstance. I bet someone played that roll in their life and they too deserve a Happy Mother's Day!

Tax Day - Ugh!!
I recently read where we were working Jan. 1 through June 30th of each year, just to pay all of our taxes. After that, you keep all you make. Prior to that, 100% goes to the government in some form or fashion to pay for some kind of government worker, work program, social program, defense project, health care, common good, common bad, etc. Whatever you want to call it, April 18th is TAX day.
So in celebration of this special time of year, let's talk TAX relief. If you read last month's blog by me, you will recall our goal of trying to raise $5,000 for the Fairfax Inova Children's Hospital. But - we need your help and I believe you can benefit from the TAX relief as well.
Just down the street from where I am typing this, Fairfax Inova Children's Hospital has a full house of kids fighting for their lives. For them and their parents, taxes are not "top of mind", health is. Living is. Sur; ...

Hopefully the Ground Hog Got it Right...
All I can say is WOW! I am sitting here at my computer thinking of how grateful I am for the value so many, like you, bring to my real estate business. Looking out my office window and there is not a cloud in the sky. Temps forecasted at 60 degrees today for the high. Spring is Springing!
For many across this great country it is still COLD, gray, and snowy! Others, never see a snowflake all winter long. It very well could be SUPER COLD today right here in Northern Virginia (but it's not). One thing is for sure, this winter season is coming to an end. It does every year without fail.
Just like the weather seasons come and seasons go, so do the seasons of life. I'm sure you have noticed, as I have, the older I get the faster the seasons move by.
